Seat: 1A, 1B, and 1C Description: Bulk-head row seats Pro: No one reclining into you, giving a more spacious feel to the seats. There is a good view out of the window seat. Con: The galley and lavatory is in front, so you will notice a bit more traffic. There is no under-seat storage in front of you. The trays are in the arm-rests, making the seats feel slightly narrower. Note that there is reportedly only one window in this row. Beware that over-head bins might be used for equipments.
Seat: 2-3 ABC Description: Standard seats near the front of the plane. Pro: There is a good view out of the window seats. Con: Sometimes bins over row 1 are used by equipment, and you may have to share your over-heads with passengers seated in row 1.
Seat: 4-5 ABC Description: Standard seats near the front of the plane. Pro: There is a good view out of the window seats. Con: The wing begins just behind row 5, so might slightly restrict the view toward the rear.
Seat: 6 ABC Description: Standard seats near the front of the plane. Pro: There is a decent view out of the window seat. Con: Note that the wing begins in this area, and might somewhat be in the way of the view down toward the ground.
Seat: 7-8 ABC Description: Standard seats. Pro: There is a view out of the window seats, but the wing is somewhat blocking the view toward the ground. Con: Note that row 9 does not recline, and is probably the least desirable on this plane. Those seats in row 8 probably would experience more than the normal amount of bumps to the back of their seat.
Seat: 9 ABC Description: Standard seats just in front of the first exit row. Pro: Con: Due to the emergency exit behind you, this row does not recline, and is probably the least desirable on this plane. When the row in front of you reclines, you will notice a significant reduction in your space.
Seat: 10 BC Description: Pair of seats at the first exit row Pro: The row in front of you cannot recline. Row 10 was the most spacious and desirable row in the other configuration of Frontier's Airbus 319s. But the refitting of leather seats added one row in the row, and made row 10 the standard space. At least there is only two passengers in this row, so there is no one in the middle. Con: Due to the second exit row behind you, this row does not recline. Note that the space underneath 9A belongs to 11A.
Seat: 11A Description: Exit row window seat with no seat in front of you. Pro: The most spacious and desirable seat on this entire plane. Due to the emergency exit, there is no seat 10A, giving you double the leg-room. You also have full recline available, and a view out the window, but the wing is in the way. Con: Note that the space underneath 9A is your storage space. The seat-back monitor at 9A is also yours to use, but it is far away. Note that the tray is in the arm-rest, making the arm-rest non-moveable and the seat a slightly narrower feel.
Seat: 11BC Description: Exit row seats. Pro: The row in front of you do not recline, so even though this row has just the normal amount of space, it does have a slight advantage. Seat: 23 ABC Description: Last row of seats just in front of the lavatory. Pro: There is a good view out of the window seat. Con: The lavatories are just behind you, with the associated traffic, noise and perhaps odor. Note that the back of the plane is subjected to more sideway motion. Due to the tapering of the fuselage, the seats might feel a little tighter in this row.

Frontier only uses Airbus narrow-bodies, and the A319 is the larger of the two Airbus models that Frontier flies.
The plane is newly configured with slimmer leather covered seats, and slightly above average 32 inches of pitch, making it a comfortable plane. Comparing with the older configuration with thicker seats, Frontier was able to remove about one inch of pitch between rows, without sacraficing space. This also mean that an extra row can be added to the plane. The cabin layout is slightly different between versions, make sure you check our version of the seatmap for the new configuration also. Specifically, the exit row (row 10) on the old version has great legroom, but in this new verison, all rows essentially have the same legroom.
DirectTV is available at every seat, complimentary to elite members in Frontier's frequent flyer program, and $5 for others, most passengers have positive experience on Frontier. Note that DirectTV is free to Mexican and Alaskan destinations, perhaps due to TV signal not being available just overside of the continental US border.
